Wlm 2011 beta downgrade?

Okay so that little yellow bar on my messenger was bugging me telling me to upgrade to the newer version so it thought i should try it out. So i downloaded and installed Windows live messenger the beta version and i HATE IT!!!!! I cant change my name from the messenger and i have to copy and paste my old statuses when i countdown something within my friends. soo its REALLY BUGGING ME i want to downgrade it i tried uninstalling it and went to the website and it just re-installed the same beta version i tried Googling and Yahoo answering it and NOTHING! Somebody please help me!!!!!! I want it back. and ohh 1 more thing when i clicked about messenger it says its version 2011 incase that helps :P
