VERY timmid dog, ADVICE please!!?

NO! Dont give the dog away. Many people would not want a dog like her as she is very timid. If no one wants her the put the dog to sleep or give it to an animal shelter where she wont get the love and attention she needs. 1st of all Well done for taking her off your frined and if youre friend ever thinks about getting another dog put her off the idea. She seems to busy and not a pet owner at all. 2nd. Have your vet to take on the dog yet. Im not sure how it works but I know you need to take this dog to the vet but it has to be a patient of your vet first or else he wont treat it. You need to sign forms and stuff. Its really simple dont worry. 3rd. The reason you should take the dog to the vet is that he could give you some advice on how to treat this situation. My frined had a dog it was very timid they took it to the vet the vet said that it wasnt socilized so they put her on a special training couse to boost the dogs confidence around people and animals. Shes now really confident not over powering and a little nerveous at times but shes really happy. also the other reason you should take her to the vet is to get her checked out, if your frined dint have time just to train her she definatly wouldnt have time to take her to the vet. This might be the reason shes not eating or drinking and ping. 3rd. Untill you can take her to the vet try and seperate the dogs as much as possible and spend as much time with her as possible by yourslef though. and please dont get rid of that dog.
