Can i get into penn state?

Definitely put those things down on your applications unless you have something better. On the form they give you a finite number of slots. Your gpa is pretty okay for penn state, its not that selective a college especially if you in like in PA. Whats your SAT like? As long as its around ~1800 you should definitely get in and even if its a little lower you'll still have a good chance it you really focus on your admissions essay.
