Would I get accepted?

You probably need somewhere above 1650, close to 1700, and above that you'll be strong. But as far as that GPA...a 3.0 is not very strong at all unfortunately. Ideally, you'd want a ulative GPA of 3.5 or 3.6, even for a state school. Do you have any volunteer hours or other extracurriculars?
