Can I register my pure bred if the parents are from 2 different KC?

Not with AKC you can't. If they're registered with one of the other registries - Continental Kennel Club, for example - you can, because those aren't legitimate registries and will register anything. You need to get the parents' info from the breeder to proceed with any registering you want to do.
