Shouldn't the kids identitys be kept private in Plymouth?

My reaction was exactly the same as yours, yes the parents of these kids should be contacted privately, but to 'advertise' and show pictures of the nursery was totally wrong, i recieved a call this morning from a friend, during the conversation she said "i know a couple of kids who go to that nursery". How will these kids cope with this as they get older, i truly believe it is shocking.
