Does anyone know if there is a sign on bonus for ariel gunner in the Air Force?

My husband wants to cross train into that career field, right after he re-enlists, but i was wondering if there's a sign on bonus for that field, and, are they TDY alot or deployed more than the usual deployed 4-6 months, home for 15 months, then deployed again like his current career field.
