Regulator Clock not keeping correct time?

I have a beautiful Regulator Clock that is as slow as the clock at work! Even slower. I replaced the battery and it will not keep the correct time. Is there a clock kit that I can replace the guts to it? The pendulum keeps the pace it should but I just do not know why it is doing this. Can I also disconnect the chime? The chime is super loud.
