Is this inappropriate for a 15 year old girl?

wearing eyeliner and gold eye shaddow? i dont see anything wrong but my mom doesnt agree i dont cake it on i just use a little. and i dont do it to get attention from boys my mom seems to think i am promiscuous but ive never even kissed a boy i just have male friends how do i get that through to her
