Who should the broncos start quinn, or orton?

Orton has no upside imo, just a steady qb - he'll win some games but never do anything amazing. Quin atleast has potential ,. id start him. However, I would def. pick a qb in the draft, and dont be surprised if quinn sucks too much and you have to play orton.
