The medicine we have now is like a shining sun?

we do have medicine that is absolutely astonishing, however i have to add that there alot of other things they wont approve thatll make our medicine even better. i have a friend who has been HIV positive for over 30 years. he may be living longer but without marijuana he wouldnt survive. seems they wont make marijuana legal for medicinal purposes and it helps keep people alive and pain free where other medicines dont. HIV for instance isnt a natural causing virus its man made and was purposely released on the public. to have medicine to help with that should be unnecessary cause of the crime that was committed. vaccines which have been proven to not only be ineffective but also has been causing a ton of problems even death. i dont disagree that our medicine today saves millions more than it once did but i have to say that alot of it would be unnecessary if they didnt deliberately infect us with chemicals and other diseases.
