If personality is more important then how come almost everyone judge others by their appearance?

That wasn't nice you f***, I'm not handsome but I'm an average looking guy and girls don't come up 2 me but I still find ways 2 get with them.....I'm extremely nice n girls notice it n they know I'm sincere and tell the truth when I talk to them.....that's all they really want is a real guy not a fake jerk that wants 2 get in there pants
