I am but it seems like every guy and his brother wants to flirt with me..?

Ok yes I am bi and I have had boyfriends before but for every guy I get a crush on I fall for 6 other girls, but just about every guy I know wants to flirt with me, but no girl ever does and trust me like half of my friends if not more are bi. I mean what am I doing something wrong? I don't dress butch.. I have long hair thats usually up unless its cold and I straighten it. I also have side bangs. I'm usually the one who's described as quiet nice shy pretty or smart at first but my friends that know me know most of that isn't true. I have been teased by my friends for being manly. I don't sit like a girl, I don't walk like one, heck I even have manly hand writting. I wear jeans and a shirt and usually vans. I don't wear make up or anything fancy so I've also been described as plain. Everyone knows I hate pink and dresses. But geez what am I doing wrong? How do I get a girl to fall for me or at least look my way? What are girls looking for and why do so many guys fall for me?
