How can I lose weight, without using pills, or buying memberships. I want to lose more than 1 pound per week.?
Okay, okay. I know that it isn't healthy to lose weight quickly. Most places say 1 pound per week is key. BS. I want to lose more than this. I am about 5'4, and my weight has been increasing steadily and I am about 160 pounds. I know its disgusting. I am going to be buying a membership for the YMCA soon but as for now it is freezing outside and I have little space indoors to do exercises. I am looking for recipes, diets, success stories, and anything else that will help me lose weight quickly! In the end, I want to weight approximately 110 pounds. Or maybe 115. So I have 45-50 pounds to lose. ANY HELP PLEASE!!
