Echeck Fraud and Gambling Problem?

So here is my story.. Started off playing poker with some friends did pretty well made some money... Progressed to online poker did pretty well made some money.. Went to a casino did pretty well made some money... I continued doing this making money going out to clubs and spending money like i never have before. Then I started getting in to craps and blackjack and moving up into higher stakes poker. before I knew it I was busted. So one night i had decided to start over grinding I had 10 dollars on my online poker sites account (orginally I had turned a 50 dollar deposit into 3k.) so I figured I could turn that 10 dollars into some money and id just be more careful this time around not get so over my head... Well then I clicked on the deposit on just to see what would happen.. to make a long story short. There are a few online poker sites who just give you the money as soon as you ask for it and it still takes 7-10 business days to clear the bank... so me thinking omg I can just get the money and win with it then give it back I started doing this... But I was pressured to play at hgher stakes because of my timeline... so now here i am 5k in the hole with 4 different poker sites 2 overdrawn bank accounts. one -600 and the other -434 (They started rejecting the E-checks.) and I have no idea what to do with my future.. I dont know how I got this bad, I was always a great student and hard-worker in high school and now in college but throughout this experience for the first time i dropped some cles been slacking off at work and I just dont know what to do anymore... From what i've been reading I may even be in jail this time next year for check fraud.. (Although not sure how common that is and how it works for Echecks and foreign online poker sites but im terrifed.) Anyway.. I guess i just need some input or someone whos been through this to talk too.. Danielmakara1@yahoo and you can message me. I just called the gamblers problem hotline and they gave me some number to an addiction group... guess i better start going... Never thought I would be in this situation.....
